Returns at Hetronic

Hetronic does everything to deliver a good product. Your orders will be packaged and shipped with the greatest care. If your order nevertheless does not meet your expectations, you can send it back.

We ask you to provide the return shipment with our return shipment form or your accompanying letter with what you send us, the complaint description, your company, invoice and contact details.

As a licensed assembling partner of Hetronic International, we carry out repairs and maintenance on all Hetronic radio control systems in our Service Center. We also offer you, often directly from stock, an extensive range of original Hetronic parts and spare parts.
