To connect your PLC directly to a receiver via Industrial Ethernet with TCP/IP, Hetronic has developed the ProfiNET bus interface receiver. This receiver is an IP address in a network and registers the data communication with your Hetronic transmitter. The digital and proportional signals from the transmitter are sent to the PLC via the receiver. And from the PLC you can control the feedback to the transmitter: LEDs, buzzer, vibration alarm and graphic LCD / TFT screens.
Our Hetronic solution for ProfiNET comes standard in the robust HS-1 housing and is designed to meet Safety Category 3 (SIL3) PLd. The housing has a RJ-45 connector, external antenna TNC connection and one connector for 12/24 VDC supply, Stop (2 relays, 2 or 4 wires) and 2 extra change-over relays. After order we send the GSD Markup Language as a GSDML file and you can go ahead with your Hetronic ProfiNET system.
