Secure payment
The Hetronic web shop allows you to make purchases in a secure way via PayPal, with all banks via iDEAL, direct debit or bank transfers. Returning commercial clients can pay on account, 30 days after invoice date. You receive your invoice per email.
Exchanges
Do you want to exchange your order for a different Hetronic part, then this is possible up to 30 days after delivery. Your order must be unused, undamaged and still packed in the original packaging, including related documentation.
After receiving the original item, we will send you the replacement Hetronic part and you only pay any difference between purchase price and shipment costs.
Specially custom-made systems or ordered parts are subject to deviating conditions. Contact us if such a situation arises.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, then you may do this free of charge at Hetronic for all standard parts until your order has been sent.

Shipment and order costs
Orders with a value of more than EUR 500 are delivered free of charge by Hetronic in the Netherlands. For orders with a value lower than EUR 500, Hetronic charges an amount of EUR 17.50 for the costs of shipment for delivery in the Netherlands. Rates for shipment to other countries are available on request.
Hetronic offers the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
If you have a bank account in the Netherlands, you can settle your order directly online using iDEAL.
iDEAL allows you to settle your online purchases safely and easily and with confidence. iDEAL is the system that links you directly to your internet banking programme during an online purchase. You do not need to register to make use of iDEAL, or to download files or create an account. - Bank transfer
If you choose this option, you receive an e-mail from us containing payment instructions. - PayPal or Creditcard
Both inside and outside the Netherlands, you can settle your order securely using VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. Credit card payment is also possible using PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and enRoute are supported. You can login to PayPal as a guest so an account is not required. - On account
This option is only available if one of our employees has entered this into our system manually.
Hetronic puts a great deal of effort into delivering good products. Your order will be packed and shipped with the greatest possible care. If despite this your order does not meet your expectations, then you may return it.
We request that you attach ourReturns form to the return or your accompanying letter stating what you are returning, describing the complaint, and your company, invoice and contact details.
